Kirk Sigmon Leads Guest Lecture at Purdue on AI and Machine Learning Law

Kirk's lecture, "Machine Learning, Human Law: What Engineers Need to Know about the Law and AI/ML," was part of the Purdue capstone program.

During his guest lecture, Kirk Sigmon shared practical strategies for navigating the rapidly changing law governing artificial intelligence and machine learning (“AI/ML”) during a guest lecture at Purdue.

Kirk will educate students on the biggest legal issues impacting AI/ML right now, including recent court decisions regarding the use of training data, the evolving patentability of AI/ML-related inventions how various countries are grappling with AI/ML-related data privacy concerns.
