Ross A. Dannenberg and Scott M. Kelly presented at the annual More Than Just a Game (MTJG) conference in London on May 8 and 9. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the conference explored the theme of “Pushing Boundaries” – examining how the video game industry can continue to be boldly innovative while ensuring progress is ethical, inclusive trusted.
Ross joined the panel “Digital Equity and IP: Copyright, Trademarks and Designs,” on May 8. He and his co-panelists explored the intersection of copyright, trademarks design in creating digital equity. The panel will also examine how regulation shapes innovation, the challenges of designing accessible technologies the ethical considerations in ensuring fair access.
Scott’s panel, “Pitfalls and Opportunities: AI and Us,” will occur on May 9. The panel will analyze how lawyers, in-house counsel policymakers can leverage AI to enhance decision-making, navigate emerging legal challenges shape the future of interactive entertainment.
