The World Intellectual Property Organization (“WIPO”) and KellDann’s Kirk Sigmon will present a free Continuing Legal Education (“CLE”) webinar on alternative dispute resolution for video game and esports disputes on September 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET. Designed for attorneys working in the video game and esports industries, the program will examine WIPO’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) framework and its application to intellectual property, commercial, and other disputes arising in the gaming and esports sectors.

The program will also introduce WIPO’s International Games and Esports Tribunal (“IGET”), a tribunal that has specialized dispute resolution procedures available for video game and esports matters.

  1. WIPO’s Arbitration and Mediation Center: Services and experience in intellectual property disputes, including video game and esports matters.
