On March 9, Kirk Sigmon was a judge in the Eastern Regional portion of the USPTO’s National Patent Application Drafting Competition. The Competition provides participants from law schools across the nation an opportunity to develop patent prosecution skills by applying legal principles to a hypothetical invention scenario.
