KellDann is pleased to announce that Paul M. Rivard has joined the firm’s intellectual property practice. Paul focuses on life sciences, chemical, and consumer products technologies, adding to the firm’s capabilities in serving clients developing innovative products across a range of industries.
Paul brings experience from both private practice and in-house patent counsel roles, as well as his prior service as a patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. His background provides clients with practical insight into the intellectual property issues that arise throughout the product development process.
Paul’s practice includes work involving small molecule therapeutics, cannabinoids, formulations, polymers, and other chemical and consumer product technologies. He works with companies ranging from emerging businesses to established organizations seeking to protect and leverage their innovations.
