KellDann is pleased to announce that Anna Vnukova has joined the firm’s intellectual property practice. Anna focuses on U.S. and international trademark prosecution, clearance, portfolio management, brand protection, TTAB proceedings, enforcement strategy, and domain name disputes. She brings a distinctive cross-border perspective developed through work across the U.S., European Union, and Ukrainian trademark systems.
Before joining KellDann, Anna served as lead trademark counsel for one of Ukraine’s largest logistics and technology companies, where she directed its trademark, design, and copyright portfolio and negotiated IP and technology agreements. Her experience includes managing large trademark and design portfolios across Ukraine, the EU, the U.S., and the Madrid System.
Anna holds LL.M. degrees from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and is admitted to practice in New York. She is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business.
